Currently attending Long Beach City College with plans to transfer to CSU Long Beach (2013-present, film major, 4.0 GPA). Attended UC Davis for two years (2011-2013, film major, 3.27 GPA). Graduated from Oakdale High School (2011, 4.26 GPA).
Experience
I have previous experience as a volunteer math tutor (2010-2011). I got an 800 on the reading portion of the SAT and a 670 on both the math and writing portions. I passed the English Language, AP European History, and AP US History tests with 5's. I got a 4 on the AP Art History and AP Psychology tests and a 3 on the AP Calculus test. I enjoyed tutoring in high school. Watching somebody's confidence grow as they become more comfortable with a concept is heartening, and I found that I learned a lot too. I work hard and have a very positive, encouraging attitude. Whatever your goals are, I'm sure we can figure out how to get there.
