I attended the University of Arizona to earn my bachelor's degree in business economics and my master's degree in Classics. I'm currently studying at UC Irvine for my doctoral degree in classics. I have four years of experience as a tutor, working with everyone from elementary school students to college students. My tutoring specialty is humanities, and I enjoy helping students learn English composition, history, ancient languages, and others. I love tutoring students in Latin because I believe it is extremely intricate but also beautiful. When I work with a student, I like to get started by understanding the requirements, assessing the student's abilities, discussing goals and expectations, and then putting together a customized lesson plan to help the student succeed.
