I have finished two years of medical school and passed the United States Medical Licensing Examination. I am currently taking a year off from medical school and am excited to have time to tutor. UNDERGRAD: Physiology and Integrative Biology Major at UCLA, 2011. Cum laude, Honors college, Phi Beta Kappa. GRADUATE SCHOOL: M.S. in Global Health Science at UCSF, 2013. MEDICAL SCHOOL: M.D. at Rush Medical College, degree expected 2018.
Experience
I feel extremely comfortable tutoring in the sciences. I worked as an undergrad teaching assistant at UCLA in the life science courses. I traveled to Tanzania as a volunteer high school biology and English teacher. I also volunteered through Americorps to teach 7th grade all subjects in the LAUSD.
